Cover board, insulation and tapered systems
Mechanically fastened or adhered polyiso with gypsum cover board, engineered slopes to every drain and sump, and detailing that stands up to inspection.
TPO, PVC and modified bitumen
Heat-welded single-ply membranes and multi-ply mod-bit systems installed to full manufacturer specification for 20- and 30-year NDL warranties.
Curbs, penetrations and flashing

Which roof systems do you install on new commercial buildings?
Primarily heat-welded TPO and PVC single-ply membranes over tapered polyiso and cover board, plus modified bitumen and standing-seam metal where the design calls for it. All systems are installed to manufacturer specification so the building qualifies for a full-system warranty.
Do you handle Title 24 cool-roof requirements?
Yes. White TPO and PVC membranes meet California Title 24 reflectance and emittance requirements for low-slope commercial roofs, and we provide the product data your energy consultant needs for the compliance forms.
Can you work to a general contractor's construction schedule?
That is most of our work. We staff crews to the GC's schedule, coordinate curb and penetration locations with the mechanical and electrical trades, and phase the membrane so the building dries in on time.
What areas of California do you cover for new construction?
Roofco is based in Rocklin and works throughout Northern California, including Sacramento, the Bay Area and the Central Valley, with larger projects statewide.
