Roofco, Inc. is a specialty commercial roofing contractor based in Rocklin, California. Founded in 2009 and led by President Jerome Schrader, the company installs, replaces, maintains and repairs low-slope roof systems on retail centers, industrial buildings, apartment communities, healthcare facilities and tribal casinos across the state.
We are a self-performing contractor. Our own crews handle everything from tear-off and insulation to heat-welded membrane, sheet-metal flashing and final detailing, which is how we control quality, schedule and safety on every job.
