Why does my flat roof leak somewhere different from where the water shows up inside?
Water travels along the deck, insulation and framing before it finds a way through the ceiling. That is why we trace leaks from the roof side, checking seams, flashings, penetrations and drains, instead of patching above the stain.
Will you repair a roof another contractor installed?
Yes. We repair all common commercial systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up and metal, using materials compatible with the existing membrane.
